This policy explains how Crumbline and its two-page static website handle information for the release profile assigned to Idaho Irish Dance Foundation. It is written against the inspected app behavior and separates app storage, optional browser activity, and future website hosting.

This policy covers Crumbline version 1.0.0 and the static landing and privacy pages supplied with that release. It does not govern a browser destination opened from the Guide, an app-store account, or a later release whose code or services have changed.

The publisher profile supplied for this release names Idaho Irish Dance Foundation at 5579 W Overland Rd, Boise, Idaho 83705-2728. Crumbline is an original baking workflow product associated with that release profile; this wording does not claim that the app is an official organizational program, service, endorsement, or statement of mission.

Formula and batch records
You can select a starter formula, change a batch factor, run timers, choose an outcome, write a batch observation, and save formula revisions. Crumbline does not ask for a name, email address, account, precise location, photo library, or payment information.
NOTES & TIMERS
Working state, not identity tracking
Preparation, bake, and rest intervals use Android elapsed time during one device boot. Active deadlines and remaining time are saved for restoration. A reboot or clock-base change returns an active timer paused at its last saved remaining duration. Batch observations remain ordinary user-entered workflow notes.
APP-PRIVATE STORAGE
Records stay in private preferences
The selected formula, factor, saved revision count, batch folios, reduced-motion preference, and timer snapshots are stored in the app’s private SharedPreferences area. Other apps do not receive a Crumbline data interface, and Crumbline does not implement an account database or developer-operated synchronization service.
ANDROID PERMISSIONS
No sensitive device permission requested
The inspected manifest declares no Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, notification, advertising-ID, or shared-storage permission. Crumbline therefore cannot directly use those protected device capabilities in this release.
NETWORK BEHAVIOR
The app does not make its own requests
Crumbline has no Internet permission and its core formula, timer, and folio functions do not contact a developer server. If you choose an optional source link, Android transfers that URL to a separate browser app; the network activity then belongs to that browser and destination.
EXTERNAL SOURCE LINKS
Your browser handles optional sources
The Guide offers optional links to FDA and King Arthur Baking pages for raw-flour, allergen, baker’s-percentage, and recipe-specific context. Crumbline does not embed or proxy those pages. Review the destination’s privacy terms before continuing in the browser.
EXPORT & SHARING
No in-app export or share flow
This release does not provide an export button, system share sheet, contacts picker, file upload, cloud handoff, or social-posting function. Your formula and folio records are not automatically copied to another app or person.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
No analytics, advertising, or billing SDK
The inspected Android build uses platform APIs and does not bundle an analytics SDK, advertising SDK, crash-reporting SDK, social-login SDK, payment SDK, or account SDK. No third party receives Crumbline event data through an embedded library in this release.
RETENTION
Local records remain until you remove them
Saved formula settings, timer snapshots, preferences, and batch folios remain in app-private storage until an in-app removal action or uninstall deletes them. Crumbline does not apply a remote retention schedule because it does not receive those records.
DELETION & RESET
Use the controls in the Guide
You can remove the oldest batch folio from the shelf or use “Clear local Crumbline data” in the Guide to remove folios, timers, and preferences. Uninstalling the app also removes its private local data under normal Android behavior. There is no remote account to close.
BACKUP & DEVICE TRANSFER
App data is excluded from Android backup
The release disables Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer for Crumbline’s app data. Reinstalling or moving to another device is therefore not a restoration method for the saved formula, timers, preferences, or batch folios.
STATIC WEBSITE REQUESTS
Hosting can create ordinary request logs
The supplied website is static and contains no form or account feature. If it is publicly hosted, the chosen hosting provider may process ordinary connection data such as IP address, request time, requested path, and browser metadata for delivery, security, or operational logging under that provider’s terms.
COOKIES & TRACKING
No site cookie or tracking script supplied
These two pages do not set a cookie, use localStorage, load analytics, embed advertising, or include a tracking pixel. A future host may apply infrastructure controls of its own, so the deployed configuration should be reviewed before a public URL is listed.
CHILDREN
Intended for general adult home bakers
Crumbline is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app’s safety notes also instruct users not to let children eat or play with raw dough. Audience declarations should be reviewed again if the product or distribution plan changes.
SECURITY, LIMITS & CHANGES
Protection follows the device boundary
App-private storage and the disabled backup configuration reduce unintended exposure, while physical device access and operating-system security remain important. No system can promise absolute security. Material changes to permissions, SDKs, storage, networking, hosting, or ownership require a revised policy and effective date.
